Life at Waldorf
In addition to direct giving, Honolulu Waldorf School relies upon the greater community to support its various revenue-building activities and fundraising events. Fundraising events build bridges from HWS to the community while raising much needed funds for the school to supports its academic programs. HWS’s on-campus store is another vehicle to attract new visitors to the campus and increase awareness of Waldorf education.
The Enchanted Forest
The Enchanted Forest is our on-campus school store that is committed to providing craft and art supplies, school T-shirts, and an assortment of high quality, eco-friendly, unique, and locally handmade items that support Waldorf education. Volunteer parents help manage the store with all proceeds benefitting Honolulu Waldorf School.

Waldorfaire is a fun-filled, community-building event for families, and is a long-standing tradition at Honolulu Waldorf School. The faire celebrates Waldorf education with unique games and activities, handmade craft items, puppet shows, music, and food. The event serves as a bridge to foster awareness of our school in the greater community. Waldorfaire is organized and operated by our parent volunteers. It is expected that each family contribute in some way to Waldorfaire.
